• LocalBet.io does not hold, control, or custody user funds at any time. All interactions occur directly between the user's self-custodial wallet and the underlying smart contracts of the Azuro Protocol.
• LocalBet.io has no ability to modify, reverse, or intervene in any transaction.
• LocalBet.io does not set, determine, or influence odds, markets, outcomes, or settlements. All protocol logic, liquidity provision, and market resolution are handled entirely by the Azuro Protocol and its decentralized infrastructure.
• LocalBet.io does not collect personal data, require account registration, or perform identity verification. Users interact solely through their blockchain wallets.
• LocalBet.io operates as an affiliate frontend and receives a protocol-level fee on transactions routed through this interface. This fee is embedded in the smart contract interaction and is transparently visible on-chain.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on this interface. Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks including but not limited to loss of funds, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network failures.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using decentralized protocols and blockchain-based systems. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any resulting losses. Participation in prediction markets involves financial risk — never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LocalBet.io, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use this interface.

Third-Party Protocols

LocalBet.io interfaces with the Azuro Protocol and may interact with other third-party smart contracts and services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, functionality, security, or practices of any third-party protocols or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to decentralized digital services. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
